Timeless Taos - Courtyard Arch

The doorway below this white-washed adobe arch leads into the front courtyard of the San Geronimo Chapel in the Taos Pueblo.  Use of a polarizer helped capture this brilliant blue sky.

  7. I love the contrast between the white and blue. The cross and arch are so stark...so simple...and yet they say it all. Great photo, Joan!

  8. Almost painfully perfect. Blue and white, probably the most beautiful and evocative color combination in the world. God bless you for sharing.
