Time for the Heating Pad




My aches and pains have been getting the best of me these days. As a result, I’ve been keeping company with my ancient heating pad. Gosh, I’ve had the pad since my early college days. So it is quite an antique!

Please keep me in your thoughts while I get through this little setback. I’d appreciate it!

  14. Donna - I hope you are feeling better soon! Try taking turmeric (you can find it in the vitamins and supplements - as an herbal remedy it is called Curcumin. I took it for 6 months and I didn't have to take ibuprofen at all during that time. It really worked for me!
