  15. Beautiful shutters and I love the colors. Are they wood shutters painted this beautiful blue? Or, a purchased exterior shutter you can purchase premade from a company? We have a house in a lovely linen shade with white trim and I'm thinking this blue (on shutters) would be beautiful. What is the color? I would love to know! Jill

    1. I took this photo in the old part of Charleston, so I'm sorry that I can't help you. I do remember that the shutters were wood.
