I liked him a lot! Good president. Too bad we can't find more of his caliber - of either party. People like him exist, they just aren't allowed to run for public office. They'd make the rest of them look like you know what. :)
I was young when President Reagan was in office. But, my parents always instilled in me what a great man he was. I have always remembered he is known as The Great Communicator. Thanks for posting this. xo, misha
We're reading from the same book. I always got the sense that everything would be all right with him at the helm. I know that he wasn't perfect; he was just the closest president to perfect that I've ever seen in my lifetime.

ReplyDeleteI have to agree with you about dear Pres Reagan. He had some morals and really cared about our nation. Besides that he had some good old common sense.
My favorite president too! I appreciated his honesty and integrity, and I loved that twinkle in his eyes!
