Vee's Note Card Party - Colonial Williamsburg Christmas

I haven’t been able participate in Vee’s monthly note card party in a while, so it is fun to jump back in again.

A Haven for Vee

We went to Colonial Williamsburg a couple of years ago during the Christmas season. I fondly remember the natural decorations that adorn all of the historical buildings. It was truly beautiful. If I could talk Mister Jim into it, I’d love to go back in 2013 and take some new photos! May I see a show of hands of who votes "yes" to this idea?

In the meantime, these older images would make a nice set of Christmas cards.

This post is being published a little bit early. I hope you will have time to stop by A Haven for Vee sometime tomorrow for the party links and visit other participants.

  4. Goodness, any one of those would make a beautiful Christmas card! I sadly am not sending any out this year. I had to take something off my plate. Maybe I"ll make them out in January for next year and be ahead of the game. LOL!

  6. Oh yes! I'm voting with two hands. I'd love to be able to create such natural wonders to decorate my home with. We're not doing these sorts of things just now for fear of pitch on the siding. Hmm...

I love them all so will close my eyes and see which one floats back...two...the orangeish house with the oranges in the wreath and the final one because of those wonderful textures.

  24. The wreaths with natural greenery and fruit really would make a nice set of cards. I saw an old pixie type slipper at the thrift store today and wondered...what in the world would you do with that! Oh, put it on a wreath! heehee! Isn't that funny that I would get the answer to my question tonight!
