  2. Today was unlike any other those years ago. Memories will never fade, we each know where we were, whom we were with, and what we were doing on that terrible morning.

I love this photo - it brings brightness to an otherwise sad day - and reminds us what the flag stands for......a strong America.

Still have you in my thoughts and hope all is going well for dear Mr. Jim.
    Warm hugs - Mary

  6. Beautiful photo, sweet Donna.
Thinking how blessed we are still
    in America, and praying something
    like this never happens again.

Love to you and Mr Jim.

  7. Hope things went well with Jim during his surgery... I've been thinking about you and praying for both of you...

Our flag was at half-staff today in memory of those who died on 9/11.

    Hugs,
    Betsy

  8. Stunning. There is nothing more beautiful to these eyes than Americana. The more American, the better. Those rustic scenes conjure memories of a time when to be unpatriotic was seen as a sign that a person had no sense and no soul. Now, the less patriotic you are, the more the world system thinks you're a genius. Not so. We need more of the old ways. God Bless America and confound her enemies wherever they may be, near or far.
