Reminds me my window box needs attention - it's completely empty right now. Waiting for warmer weather before replanting……….doubt it will ever be this pretty though!

Beautiful shutters and I love the colors. Are they wood shutters painted this beautiful blue? Or, a purchased exterior shutter you can purchase premade from a company? We have a house in a lovely linen shade with white trim and I'm thinking this blue (on shutters) would be beautiful. What is the color? I would love to know! Jill
