Charleston, South Carolina
Ornate iron gates are legendary in the historical Charleston area. One could easily spend a whole week photographing them, without a doubt. There is a terrific Pinterest board HERE that features a sampling of them. And I already highlighted another a charming example in a December 30, 2013 post.
Oh, that is just lovely! Charleston is one place I'd love to visit!
ReplyDeleteVery cool! We drove through Charleston years ago on our way somewhere else. Should have spent more time there!
ReplyDeleteI must have lost my comment...thought that the screen flipped funny!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice collection that would be. Are they all unique? I have often thought I'd like to do the window boxes of Boston.
Charming!! I am also taken with the touches of green in the photo, considering that it was shot in December!
ReplyDeletejust beautiful! even the window boxes are classy!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot - beautiful city which I've loved on several visits over the years since living in the south.
ReplyDeleteI immediately was drawn to the shutters - love shutters - and contents of the window boxes, very well done.
