    The black and white is Perfect! Is this off the fallen 20ft Dogwood? Can you save the tree? Hope so....

  3. Donna (TX) - No, the tree was run over repeatedly. They cracked it near the roots. It was so stupid! They were supposed to keep all the dogwoods, but the equipment operator just didn't care. It was beautiful with tons and tons of blooms. It probably had been growing in the forest for a couple dozen years, at least. I took this picture last year at our rental property, but processed it in photoshop this year.

  7. Yes, I loved seeing the dogwood blooms when I was here last in the Spring..and look fwd to seeing them again.

  11. I love the effect of the black & white combination. Our Michigan Dogwoods won't be blooming, or even budding, for 3 or 4 weeks yet, darn it! C'mon summer!
