I dusted off an old image and applied some new effects to emphasize the colors at dusk, when a sunset dances in the sky.
Carter Shields Cabin, Cades Cove
Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Tennessee
And an image of a historical cabin like this needs an old sepia tone treatment too!
Last night the clouds were that beautiful soft shade of pink. I took the photos, though the color faded out so much that I would have had to do major playing to get the pink back. Is that allowed? Have fun today...
ReplyDeleteLovely, not sure I'd want to live there but... lovely nonetheless.
ReplyDeleteReally a beautiful photo. We went to Cade's Cove for our honeymoon 20 years ago!

ReplyDeleteAwww, this almost made me cry; it reminds me so much of how my grandmother's house looked. Beautiful photo's. Hope ya'll are behaving!! ((hugs))
ReplyDeleteThey all look awesome but I love the look of the middle one. I want to go hide out and spend a week or two in that cabin :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the last one :)
ReplyDeleteThat sure is a beautiful photo and a wonderful place to visit. We always see a lot of deer when we visit Cade's cove. It's such a treat to watch them...they seem tame!
ReplyDeleteAll the pictures are so wonderful. They all look like they should be on a calendar or framed in an office!
ReplyDeleteLooking at that, you can feel calm seeping into your bones! So wonderful!
