Gratitude

We appreciate all of the good wishes and prayers!

Mr. Jim is making a quick recovery from the surgery, and he finally got transferred from ICU to a private room a few hours ago.  It is much more comfortable for both of us.  The number of wires and tubes has drastically been reduced, and he has graduated to a liquid diet.  He'll get to try some soft solid foods tomorrow.  Mr. Jim is sitting up in a chair a lot now and walking laps with the aid of a walker and physical therapist.

So we have substantial progress going on, and our spirits have been lifted.  We are grateful.
