Photo of the Week - February Snow Panorama

On Thursday morning last week, we woke up to a surprise snowfall. It wasn’t a lot, but it was just enough to make everything look pretty. We quickly walked around our villa road circle before it melted. It was gone by noon! I captured this panorama view down the street from our cottage.  Some of the subdivision’s bigger homes and lots are located in the valley between the line of trees and the distant hillsides.

This week we’re enjoying daytime temperatures in the 60s. East Tennessee weather is so fickle!

P.S. Make sure you click on the image to see its panoramic glory!

  1. I'm moving to East Tennessee. Right now. How wonderful it must be to have 60 degrees in February! Enjoy every second of it. :-)

  2. I could definitely stand a winter with temperatures in the sixties and an occasional light snowfall for effect.
We've had sunny days in the high 70s this week and it's going to kill me to go back home to all the snow.

  5. I'm glad you got to enjoy the snow, even for a little while. I think East Tennessee is pretty much like us here in East Va. ... every day is different as far as the weather is concerned.
