Update on Mr. Jim: After consultation with his oncologist yesterday, Mr. Jim opted to resume chemotherapy. However, it will begin after our planned Thanksgiving journey to Asheville. The treatment will be a different combination of drugs. Adverse side effects are not expected to be as harsh as the regimen he was on earlier this year.
thanks for the update, and i'm glad he's delayed beginning anew until after your thanksgiving holiday. :)

May God grant you two a blessed Thanksgiving time together in Asheville before Mr. Jim resumes chemotherapy. That is a stunning photo.
ReplyDeleteAsheville, you lucky lady! I hope you have a wonderful time there, think of me. I've always wanted to go there. Your photo is such a classic looking autumn scene, and because of that it is comforting, I feel. That's the feeling I got as soon as it popped up. Your state has amazing scenery!!
ReplyDeleteWell I'm praying hard for you and Mr. Jim as always, you have had a hard time but I was feeling grateful that you've had this time, at least. Cancer, what a difficult disease. They've made a lot of inroads with its treatment, thank God. Anyway, I will continue to pray for you and him. God bless! xoxoxoxo
